How to read Joyagoo QC photos
Use warehouse photos to inspect visible details without treating them as authentication.
What the photos can show
Joyagoo says its warehouse check can cover visible details such as colour, size against submitted remarks, visible damage and major issues. Compare every photograph with the order details and seller page.
What the photos cannot prove
A photograph does not prove authenticity, durability, materials or hidden construction. Joyagoo also says electronics receive a visual check rather than a power-on test.
If something looks wrong
Use the order controls and official support route shown in your account. Describe the visible issue precisely and keep the photographs and messages with your order record.
