Read a parcel quotation before paying
Separate product cost, domestic delivery, freight and possible UK charges.
Read each cost line
The item and domestic delivery are paid at the purchase stage. International freight is calculated later from the parcel, route and destination. Optional services and return handling can add separate charges.
Use the live quotation
Packing can change the measured dimensions and weight. Read the route, billing weight, included services and exclusions in your account before paying.
Keep your records
Keep the order invoice, parcel quotation, payment record and carrier messages. These help if a charge or declaration needs checking.
